The Adult Program consists of beginner classes in different styles that can be attended casually.

| Classical Ballet - Monday 7:30 - 9:00pm |
|
The adult beginner ballet class is suitable for adults who have never danced before or who have had little training. This is a great way to keep fit whilst working on core strength and stability in a creative environment.

| Open Ballet - Monday 6:00 - 7:30pm |
|
This class is a senior / adult class for dancers with Intermediate to Advance experience in classical ballet. The focus is on developing strong technique and performance quality. Pointe shoes optional.

| Open Beginner Tap - Wednesday 7:15 - 8:15pm |
|
This class is open to beginner tap dancers. No experience necessary. The class is taught to funky music that has clear rhythms and beats. Come along and have lots of fun while getting fit! (If you don't have tap shoes and would like to trial this class before buying taps, we suggest you wear a hard sole shoe).

| Pilates - Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30am |
|
The pilates class is aimed at teaching core stability with flexibility. It is open to all adults and no experience is necessary. Phillipa Condous who teaches the class is a qualified physiotherapist and ensures that all students are applying the technique in a safe and productive manner for their individual abilities.

New for 2008 - Aerobics class is a great way to tone up, feel energised and get a cardiovascular work out whilst moving to modern music & inproving coordination & muscle awareness.
